F45 Training is a 45-minute HIIT workout in a group fitness setting. F45 will challenge you at any fitness level, whether you're new to group training or a pro. We combine functional training, circuit training, and high intensity interval training geared towards everyday movements. Classes alternate between cardio, strength/resistance, or hybrid workouts with thousands of exercises and an infinite amount of combinations - members will never take the same class twice.
