At Balaboosta we aim to do just that, we create custom menus - just for you, for your parties, special events, fundraisers, celebrations of life and more. We can recreate family dishes, we’ve created menus based on books and movies, menus that are simple, menus that are complex, menus that are full of imagination and menus that are full of comfort. Our Chef /Owner Ali Waks Adams has been making things nice since she was just a little girl cooking with her grandmother, her mother and her aunts. Born and raised in NYC, Ali had the opportunity to experience many levels of dining from 4 star restaurants to street carts, she brings that knowledge of ingredients, presentation styles and most importantly taste to every Balaboosta event. Service is as important to Balaboosta as our food, we strive to provide excellent service, to ease the worry and the stress of planning and executing any event.
